QuickServe operates on a multi-tenant isolation model. Your restaurant's data (guest information, order history, and financial records) is cryptographically siloed. We do not sell or monetize tenant data.
Operational Visibility
We collect metadata required for real-time synchronization (Pusher events) and AI-driven insights. This includes device identifiers for staff devices to maintain secure session integrity.
AI & Learning
Chatbot interactions are processed through enterprise LLM endpoints. While we use these to improve intent detection, no personally identifiable information (PII) is used for training without explicit enterprise consent.
