Service Provision
QuickServe provides an enterprise SaaS platform for restaurant operations. Service availability is targeted at 99.9% but is subject to maintenance windows and infrastructure provider uptime.
Usage Boundaries
The platform must be used solely for legitimate hospitality operations. Reverse engineering, unauthorized penetration testing, or automated abuse of API endpoints is strictly prohibited and governed by our security policy.
Payment Settlements
QuickServe facilitates order verification. Financial settlements are handled through third-party processors or cash-on-premise models. We are not liable for transaction disputes between restaurants and their guests.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the QuickServe Command Center or deploying QR menus to your establishment, you acknowledge and agree to these enterprise terms.
