Visit our registration page, fill in your restaurant details (name, slug, phone, address), and create admin credentials. You'll be live within minutes — no hardware or special equipment needed.

Just a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with an internet connection. QuickServe is entirely web-based — no POS terminals, printers, or specialized hardware required.

Absolutely. Our Scale and Enterprise plans support multi-branch management. Each branch gets its own isolated data environment while you maintain a unified overview.

Customers scan a QR code at their table which opens a WhatsApp-style AI chatbot. They can order in English, Nepali (Romanized or Devanagari), or Hindi — the AI handles everything naturally.

Subscription & Billing

We offer four tiers: Starter (Free, up to 5 tables), Grow (NPR 3,999/month, up to 20 tables), Scale (NPR 8,499/month, unlimited tables), and Enterprise (custom pricing for chains & franchises).

We accept payments via Siddhartha Bank QR code. Simply scan the QR, complete the transfer, and enter the transaction reference in the app. Our team verifies payments within 24 hours.

Your account is placed in 'Pending Verification' status. Our team reviews the transaction and activates your subscription — typically within a few hours during business days.

Yes! Navigate to the Subscription page in your dashboard. You can upgrade anytime (prorated billing) or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.

The Starter plan is free forever with up to 5 tables and basic features. It's a great way to experience QuickServe before upgrading to access advanced features.

Features & Operations

Our AI chatbot uses advanced language models (Groq/Gemini) to understand natural language orders. It can handle menu browsing, cart management, order placement, and even payment requests — all through a conversation.

Yes! The Kitchen Display System (KDS) shows new orders instantly via Pusher real-time integration. Kitchen staff can mark orders as Preparing, Ready, or Served with one click.

Our Trust Score system uses GPS proximity, QR session verification, and IP validation to ensure dine-in orders are legitimate. You can adjust sensitivity thresholds in Settings > Fraud Control.

Yes, the Analytics dashboard provides revenue charts (daily/weekly/monthly), popular items ranking, peak hours visualization, and order status distribution — available on Grow plan and above.

The chatbot supports English, Nepali (both Romanized like 'mala momo chahiyo' and Devanagari like 'मलाई मोमो चाहियो'), and Hindi. It auto-detects the language being used.

Technical & Security

Absolutely. QuickServe uses tenant-level data isolation (each restaurant's data is completely separated), bcrypt password hashing, session-based authentication, and parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection.

QuickServe gracefully degrades — if real-time push fails, the system falls back to polling. Orders already in the system remain accessible. We recommend a stable internet connection for the best experience.

Yes, the Analytics and Order History sections allow you to view and export historical data. Enterprise customers get dedicated data export tools and API access.
